12.7.2023 Giblin v Frank. Bicycle/car crash settled for $97,500 after extensive litigation and our successful motion for summary judgment on liability. Defendant claimed that the accident was 100% the fault of the plaintiff but we secured a judgment after taking the testimony of the defendant.
